Important Information
- •Rental on a Saturday to Saturday basis for 7 night lets
- •Other dates or shorter lets available by arrangement
- •Short breaks available in low/mid season or within 14 days of high season dates
- •£500 security and damage deposit required (refundable 7-10 days after departure)
- •One-off payment of £100 for electricity, oil and wood taken at time of booking
- •Maximum occupancy: 8 people + 1 cot (must be requested at booking)
- •Cots provided free of charge

- •Unfortunately, we operate a no pets policy
Housekeeping Notes
- •Please leave the house as you find it - rubbish removed, floors hoovered, dishes cleaned, beds stripped
- •Cleaning products provided
- •Waste bins collected on Tuesday - notice displayed near kitchen door
- •Glass recycling must be taken to Kincraig village recycling point
- •Linen changed for stays over 7 nights
- •Excessive cleaning charged at £16 per hour
